Colbinabbin
Block PT23, Colbinabbin Estate. Single block, all vintages. Mount Camel Range — ancient Cambrian rock, shallow rocky soils. The kind of ground that keeps vigour low and concentrates fruit.
Michael Dhillon at Bindi processes our grapes. Same block and batch as Bindi's Pyrette Shiraz.

Tilly's
Our place. Planted from spring 2024 — own roots, local cuttings. Three-million-year-old volcanic lava flow. There were vines here in 1868. Years from producing, but we're not in a rush.
The Winemaking
Hand-harvested. Wild yeast — no commercial cultures, no additions apart from minimal sulphur at bottling. Hand pressed in a basket press. French oak. Gravity-filled bottles. Unfined, unfiltered.
300–700 bottles of each wine. No recipe. Each vintage is the season, the fruit, and whatever the wild yeast decides to do.
